Your satisfaction with our merchandise purchased from this webpage is 100% guaranteed. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with our product, and you find the need to return an item, call 403.783.3831 for an authorization number and return shipping instructions. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will either receive an exchange or store credit. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns unless otherwise approved. Items without an authorization number will not be processed or accepted. We will not accept packages COD. Special orders, drop ships and/ or customized products will not be returnable or will be charged a restocking fee. Any product of ours is unable to be returned if it is used. We guarantee our product 100% and stand behind it when the merchandise is being used for the right purpose. If any of our products are defective, we will replace or fix the item according to our discretion.
